Return Policy

We will provide a replacement or full refund for items damaged in shipping or if the shipment contains an error.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges over the internet for any other reason.

If an item arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at store@ligmincha.org.

We will ask you to provide photos of the damage (and, if the container showed damage on arrival, a photo of the damaged container), and we will respond to your request in a timely manner.

Damage must be reported to us within 10 days of the product(s) arrival.

We will replace the damaged item if it is in stock and offer a full refund, including any taxes paid, if it is unavailable in our inventory.

In some cases, we may require a return of the damaged or incorrect item and will provide a pre-paid shipping label, envelope, or box to return the damaged item.

Our policy is the same for in-person sales.
